Dear Parents & Performers: All information regarding our performances for all 3 locations will be posted to this webpage as dates and times are confirmed. The information listed below is standard guidelines for all 3 locations. Ticket envelopes will be prepared and ready for distributed in late February or early March. The label on the outside of your envelope indicates dancer's name, name of dance and show time. Please be sure to inform us if any of this information is incorrect -- especially the spelling of your child's name. Dancers should arrive NO EARLIER THAN 30 MINUTES prior to show time, fully dressed and ready to go. Dancers cannot wear any personal jewelry during the performance. All other items such as jackets, shoes, etc. should be left with the parent. Each dancer and parent should know the name of the dance for check-in purposes. PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR BACKSTAGE AREA WILL REMAIN SECURED AT ALL TIMES. NO PARENTS WILL BE PERMITTED BACKSTAGE AT ANY TIME, UNLESS AUTHORIZED BY THE MANAGER. All dancers will remain backstage for the show's duration. This is for accountability and safety reasons. With the shows lasting approximately 2 hours, we expect all guests to remain seated for the duration of the show and to be courteous to those around you. If you need to enter or exit the theatre at any time, we ask that you do so BETWEEN dances so as not to block the view for those guests seated behind you. Once the show has ended, the dancers will be released from the stage area by group. Once you have picked up your child(ren), we ask that you exit the theatre as quickly as possible. THERE IS NO VIDEOTAPING OR FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY PERMITTED IN THE THEATRE ON THE DAY OF THE SHOW. Please understand that this is for the safety of our dancers as they perform on stage. There should be no distractions that may cause an accident of any kind. If Videotaping or Flash Photography occurs, we will 1) make an announcement to remind parents and guests, 2) stop the performance and 3) ask the parent/guest to exit the theatre. Remember: You may videotape and/or take flash pictures only at DRESS REHEARSAL. A listing of 3, 5 and 10 year trophy recipients will be posted in the studio as well as on our website. We strongly suggest that you review this list in advance, as no adjustments will be made on the day of the show. To qualify for a trophy, a dancer must have danced 6 semesters for a 3-year trophy, 10 semesters for a 5-year trophy and 20 semesters for a 10-year trophy. No exceptions will be made to our current policy. Please note that spring dates and locations are tentative
until confirmed by those schools hosting our events. Click here for information on Ticket Day, Picture Day, & Dress Rehearsal
